Privacy — Plain and Simple Games
Last updated 26 July 2026.
The short version: this app collects nothing about you, and there is no Plain and Simple server for anything to be sent to.
What the app stores
Your game data — statistics, streaks, and half-finished puzzles.
If you have not signed in, all of it stays on your device.
If you sign in with Apple, it is stored in your own private iCloud database. That is a part of your personal iCloud account. We cannot read it, Apple does not give us access to it, and it does not pass through any server of ours.
What Sign in with Apple gives us
An anonymous identifier, and nothing else.
The app asks Apple for no scopes at all, which means Apple is never asked for your name or your email address. We do not have them and could not leak them if we tried.
The identifier is kept in your device's Keychain and is used for one thing: noticing that a different person has signed in on a device that already holds someone's game history, so the app can warn you before you see it.
Signing in is optional. Every game and every feature works without it.
What the app does not do
- No advertising, and no advertising identifier.
- No analytics. Not ours, not anyone's — the app contains no analytics code.
- No third-party SDKs of any kind.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No location, no contacts, no photos, no microphone, no camera.
- No network requests of its own. Everything the games need is in the app already.
Deleting your data
Everything is yours to remove:
- On this device: delete the app.
- From iCloud: Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Plain and Simple Games → Delete Data. Or delete the app on every device and turn iCloud off for it.
We cannot delete it for you, because we cannot reach it.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for any age. It collects nothing from anyone, regardless of age, so it does not treat children's data differently — there is no data to treat.
Changes
If this ever changes, this page changes with it, with a new date at the top.
